Continuity in quality
To guarantee the high quality of our products and thus strengthen the trust of our customers and users, we use modern technology and follow strict quality standards. Our processes are monitored and regulated using SPC (Statistical Process Control). A CAQ system (Computer Aided Quality) provides helpful services here - measurement data is archived in a traceable manner at all times.
If required, we can supply customers with a certificate on the outgoings inspection conducted on each batch.

Visual and measurement tests are carried out regularly. We provide our customers with a CoA (Certificate of Analysis) for each delivery. elmplastic is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 as well as the relevant medical product regulations. Through constant improvement of our QM system, we strive to ensure the highest level of quality for our customers.
